Exchange Policy

We request that all customers record an opening or unboxing video upon delivery. This helps us quickly resolve any concerns related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, original packaging, and invoice must be included.
  • Products with stains, damage, scratches, missing embellishments, or alterations may not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • Pack the product securely to avoid transit damage.
  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product.
  • Share tracking details once shipped.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Charges

A flat $5 shipping fee will be charged for exchange orders. This fee applies for sending the replacement product.

Exchange Approval

  • Once received, the product will go through a quality check.
  • After approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.

  • Requests raised after 3 days may not be accepted.
  • Products failing quality check will be sent back.
