The website provides an online platform for the sale of sarees and related fashion products. Products may be offered directly by India Saree Plus or through associated vendors.

• Users must maintain only one account and must not transfer or sell their account.

Product Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, fabric variations, zari work, or material differences.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Only unstitched sarees are eligible for return.
• Custom-made or stitched products are non-returnable.
• Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Only 1 exchange per order is allowed.
• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and unworn.
• All tags must be intact.
• Products must be returned in original packaging.
• Used, damaged, altered, or custom-made products will not be accepted.

Important Notes on Returns

• Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
• A restocking fee may apply.
• Bulk orders of more than 5 items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Store credit may be issued instead of refunds.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
• Flat shipping fee: $10 per item.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• India Saree Plus is not responsible for damages during transit.
